Jamie is a 1965 graduate of the University of Memphis with a B.S. in Mathematics and a minor in Fine Arts. He was a starting center of the Tiger basketball team and participated in the National Invitational Tournament at Madison Square Garden in New York.
He was born and raised in Ripley, Tennessee and attended Ripley High School. After graduation from the University of Memphis, he worked for IBM in the U.S. and Sydney, Australia. It was during a two-year trip around the world that Jaime realized his passion for art. The great museums of the world provided the inspiration that eventually led to a full-time career as an artist with a specialty in portraiture.
He has painted most of the past presidents’ portraits for the University of Memphis which hang in the Administration Building, and several others for the University Library that include Dr. Shirley Raines and Governor Ned McWherter: Vanderbilt leaders, Ohio State University leaders and Illinois University Chancellors.
The artist maintains a studio in Memphis, Tennessee.

Patricia is a contemporary figurative artist working in the classical tradition of oil painting. For
commissioned portraiture, she enjoys the process of getting to know her subjects and employs technical rigor and detailed draftsmanship to capture his or her spirit.
Patricia applies classical painting techniques and aesthetic principles to capture the presence of the
sitter from life. Patricia’s work is finely rendered and volumetric, even sculptural in appearance, as she captures the presence of the sitter in a particular space. Patricia believes that “in commissioning a portrait, one is setting aside a special time to preserve and celebrate our human experience.”
Patricia’s portrait commissions include the astronomer Cecelia Payne-Gaposchkin for Harvard
University; the journalist and anti-lynching campaigner Ida B Wells for the Kennedy School of
Government; and Mayor Clarence Harmon, for the St. Louis City Hall.
Patricia has exhibited at galleries and institutions worldwide such as Hirschl & Adler and
The Forbes Galleries in NYC, Galerie Albert Benamou in Paris, and John Pence in San Francisco. Her work is currently on tour in China in an historic presentation of American Realism, Contemporary American Realism, which opened in September 2012 at the Beijing World Art Museum. Patricia’s solo museum exhibit: Myths & Individuals was on view in two venues in 2011-2012: St. Louis University Museum of Art, and The Forbes Galleries, NYC. In 2013, her work was included in the “Nocturnes” exhibit at the National Arts Club, and will be featured in a solo show at Dacia Gallery NYC, in June.

Everett Raymond is a native New Yorker who began his career at age 16, drawing comic books and hundreds of book and magazine illustrations, as well as covers for paperback books. As one of the “golden age” era of comic book artists, his illustrations for magazines, including The Shadow and Doc Savage, have influenced the pop art school.
He studied at the Art Students League, where he later taught from 1969 to 1974. Everett Raymond ultimately made the transition to portraitist, and soon established himself as one of the nation’s foremost portrait painters. For over four decades, Everett Raymond also has devoted time to painting landscapes and watercolors.
Among Everett Raymond’s more than 1200 portraits are such well-known personalities as Tony Bennett, Carol Burnett, James Cagney, Betty Ford, Gene Hackman, Katharine Hepburn, Lady Bird Johnson, Paul Newman, Peter O’Toole, Gregory Peck, and John Wayne. Others include authors Arthur Miller, Ayn Rand, Tennessee Williams, and Tom Wolfe; Supreme “Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Harry Blackmun; business and government leaders such as John D. Rockefeller III, Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan, 6 U.S. Governors, four US Secretaries of State and the presidents of universities and colleges including Brown, Harvard, Oklahoma, Princeton, Smith, Wellesley, Williams, and Yale.
Everett Raymond has painted more than 50 cabinet officers, more than any artist in the country’s history. Seven Presidents – Richard Nixon, Gerald R. Ford, Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, George H. W. Bush, Bill Clinton and George W. Bush – have posed for him. His portraits of Ford and Reagan are the official White House portraits.
He was awarded honorary doctorates by Rollins College in 1983 and the Lyme Academy College of Art in 2002. The National Portrait Gallery, Washington, D.C., has acquired 75 of his original works for its permanent collection. He is also represented in the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Butler Institute of American Art, Brooklyn Museum, etc.
Memberships include: National Academy of Design (N.A.), Allied Artists of America, American Watercolor Society, Pastel Society of America (Hall of Fame), Audubon Artists, Copley Society of Boston, National Arts Club.
